During the current COVID-19 pandemic, Cloudse store is operating normally except for the following points:

Exchange rate fluctuations:

The USD exchange rate is fluctuating daily. Therefore you might place an order based on morning pricing, and it may no longer be viable. Cloudse therefore reserves the right to hold an order until it is viable, or to cancel an order if it is no longer possible to fulfil.

We will contact you via telephone to re-quote the additional cost (if applicable) or to arrange cancellation.

Delivery to EU addresses:

Please note due to restrictions imposed by EU governments to limit the spread of COVID-19, the delivery is currently suspended in some postcodes.

Any customer order with a postcode within these restricted areas will be rejected by the carrier and returned to shipper. Further updates will be provided when information becomes available.

We will however notify our customers as soon as information is available of any restrictions with delivery.

Stock levels:

Some items are unavailable due to high demand. We will update you should your order be delayed or on hold.
