The Meraki MT20, part of the Meraki MT sensor family, provides insight into access to the physical environment. Using magnetic fields to determine positioning, MT20 can detect when doors are opened or closed, allowing organisations to detect intrusions and understand usage trends.
The Cisco Meraki MT20 sensors are quick and easy to set up and can be installed on doors, gates, cabinets and more. Once powered on, MT20 sensors automatically connect via Bluetooth to Meraki MR access points or MV smart cameras, eliminating the need for a separate gateway. Powered by the Meraki platform, MT20 sensors provide real-time monitoring and alerting, allowing organisations to detect intrusions and understand access and usage trends. Whether it’s knowing when someone enters a restricted area, keeping track of doors left ajar, or simply understanding how many individuals enter through a back entrance, the MT20 sensor provides the visibility and data to better support business decision-making across the board.

On receiving your tracking details from Cisco Meraki, Cloudse will send the Tracking code to the email address provided on purchase for you to track your delivery.
Certain items sold on our website may only be returned directly to the manufacturer on agreement from them. Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a courier to return back to Cisco Meraki. Please read our returns policy for more information.
If an order has not been processed and we can confirm from Meraki that the products have not been dispatched we will be able to amend and/or cancel the order. However if the order has been processed and dispatched, the products will have to returned and an RMA submitted.
