This is the replacement power adapter to be used with the Meraki Go Indoor and Outdoor Access Points in the United Kingdom.
Please note: orders are processed weekdays only, any Express orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be processed and delivered the following 2-3 working days.
All deliveries are processed and shipped directly from Cisco Meraki, Netherlands.

On receiving your tracking details from Cisco Meraki, Cloudse will send the Tracking code to the email address provided on purchase for you to track your delivery.
Certain items sold on our website may only be returned directly to the manufacturer on agreement from them. Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a courier to return back to Cisco Meraki. Please read our returns policy for more information
If an order has not been processed and we can confirm from Meraki that the products have not been dispatched we will be able to amend and/or cancel the order. However if the order has been processed and dispatched, the products will have to returned and an RMA submitted. Please refer to returns policy.
Please note that Cisco will stop all Direct shipments (including all Meraki*) between 28th of December and 10th of January, which will be regarded as a transition period to post-Brexit trade.
This means any orders ordered from the 28th of December will go on hold and will be shipping from 11th of January onwards. Expect an extra day or two at the border (at least initially).
